Giá dầu đảo ngược từ đà tăng vào đầu giờ chiều cùng với các chỉ số chứng khoán chính của Phố Wall, khi những nhận định “diều hâu” từ các quan chức Cục Dự trữ Liên bang Mỹ (Fed) làm dấy lên lo ngại ngân hàng trung ương có thể không sớm tạm dừng nâng lãi suất.
