Hợp đồng kỳ hạn

Là loại hợp đồng ràng buộc giữa bên mua và bên bán ở một thời điểm nhất định. Loại hợp đồng này kết thúc trong một thời hạn nhất định trong tương lai với kỳ hạn: 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 tháng…

Hợp đồng tương lai

Với loại hợp đồng này, tùy theo nhu cầu nhận định của các nhà đầu tư. Người mua, bán có quyền chọn mua trước bán sau hay ngược lại đều được.

Đây là loại hợp đồng mà hai bên tham gia giao dịch sẽ trao đổi cho nhau một số tiền. Và số tiền này sẽ dựa trên mức giá thả nổi hoặc mức giá cố định tính trên lượng hàng cần thanh toán.

Loại giao dịch này đã được Bộ Công Thương cấp phép theo Thông tư số 51. Trong thị trường hàng hóa phái sinh, tất cả các sàn giao dịch đều phải được đăng ký thành viên với Sở giao dịch hàng hóa Việt Nam. Và được niêm yết tại Danh sách thành viên.

Về bản chất

Sản phẩm phái sinh là công cụ được sinh ra để phòng ngừa rủi ro cho sự biến động của giá cả trên thị trường. Do đó, khi nhà đầu tư tham gia giao dịch sẽ dễ dàng thu được lợi nhuận hơn.

Về độ rủi ro

Giao dịch hàng hóa cơ bản có mức giá thành sản xuất nên giá cả biến động không quá thấp so với thời điểm mua hòa vốn. Và khi tăng cũng không quá cao theo quy luật cung cầu. Do đó, nhà đầu tư có thể hoàn toàn yên tâm.

Ngoài ra, thị trường này kết nối liên thông với các sở giao dịch khác trên thế giới. Với giá trị giao dịch lên tới hàng tỷ đô la.

Vì vậy việc một cá nhân hay tổ chức nào có thể thao túng giá hoặc kiểm soát thị trường là điều gần như không thể.
