Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Bình Dương chiều nay (15/9) thông tin, đơn vị vừa khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can và thực hiện lệnh bắt tạm giam đối với Vương Thị Hiền (30 tuổi, quê Thanh Hóa) để điều tra về tội lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản.
Hiền là kế toán trưởng của Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và phát triển bất động sản Farms Land (địa chỉ tại phường An Phú, TP Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương).
Theo điều tra, dù là kế toán trưởng của Công ty Farms Land nhưng từ tháng 5/2020, Hiền được công ty bất động sản khác là House Land giao việc môi giới, tìm kiếm khách hàng để chuyển nhượng đất tại dự án Khu nhà ở Thuận Phát Land (huyện Bàu Bàng, tỉnh Bình Dương).
Trong thời gian này, Hiền sử dụng pháp nhân của Công ty Farms Land lừa một khác hàng chuyển 1,2 tỷ tiền đặt cọc mua đất tại dự án Khu nhà ở Thuận Phát Land.
Sau khi nhận tiền, Hiền không cho khách hàng gặp trực tiếp chủ đầu tư để thỏa thuận và nộp tiền trực tiếp. Sau đó, Hiền nộp lại cho Công ty House Land hơn 700 triệu đồng, số tiền còn lại chiếm đoạt dùng để trả nợ cá nhân.
