Có nên vay tiền mua vàng lúc này?

Khi thị trường vàng đang dao dộng mạnh, giới chuyên gia khuyến cáo người dân  không nên đi vay tiền mua vàng để đầu cơ cho mình nhất là trong giao đoạn này.

Thị trường giá vàng là cơ sở để người dân nên vay tiền mua vàng không?

Dựa theo chốt phiên chiều 8/3, giá vàng miếng có sự giảm đột ngột với mức giá hơn 2 triệu đồng mỗi lượng so với ngày trước đó là ngày 7/3, khi giảm xuống còn 72 triệu đồng. Nguyên nhân khiến giá giảm được cho là do giá trong nước và thế giới ngược chiều nên chênh lệch về quy đổi theo tỷ giá ngân hàng cũng được thu hẹp. Theo đó, mỗi lượng vàng SJC hiện tại cao hơn giá thế giới là 16,7 triệu đồng.

Vào cuối giờ chiều cùng ngày (8/3), giá vàng cập nhật cho thấy vàng miếng SJC được niêm yết với giá bán ra cao nhất 72 triệu đồng/lượng và giá mau vào 70,2 triệu đồng/lượng.

Ghi nhận của các cửa hàng vàng ở thành phố Hà Nội, số lượng khách giao dịch vào buổi chiều 8/3 tăng đột biến, có thể thấy rằng, chủ yếu các nhà đầu tư tranh thủ lúc giá vàng “hạ nhiệt” bán ra chốt lời. Tuy nhiên, điều đáng buồn là lời đâu chưa thấy, khi trong thời gian đang đứng xếp hàng chờ đến lượt mình, giá vàng cũng đã nhanh chóng tụt  tới hơn 1 triệu đồng mỗi lượng.

Nên hay không nên vay tiền mua vàng trong lúc này?

Dựa trên những sự biến động nhanh đặc biệt trong thời gian ngắn như thế này, “Chúng tôi khuyến nghị các nhà đầu tư nên nghiên cứu kỹ trước khi ra quyết định, tránh việc mình ra quyết định theo cảm xúc và hùa theo đám đông, điều này có thể dẫn đến thua lỗ hay rủi ro một cách nhanh chóng. Đặc biệt, nhà đầu tư không nên đi vay tiền mua vàng trong thời điểm có nhiều rủi ro như thế này”, ông Nguyễn Đức Anh, Phó Tổng Giám đốc Công ty Vàng bạc đá quý Bảo Tín Mạnh Hải, nói.

Theo nhiều chuyên gia khuyến cáo, từ các cuộc khảo sát và thực trạng cho thấy tốc độ giảm giá mua vàng miếng nhanh hơn so với bán ra. Chính vì hiện tượng giá mua giảm nhanh hơn giá bán đã khiến khoảng cách chênh lệch giữa 2 mức giá này đẩy lên hơn 2 triệu đồng mỗi lượng.

“Chúng tôi cho rằng, đây sẽ là thời gian phù hợp mà Ngân hàng Nhà nước phải vào cuộc để giải quyết các vấn đề này, từ đó bình ổn thị trường vàng, từ đó giúp cho khoảng cách giữa giá mua và giá bán vàng ở Việt Nam gần nhau hơn”, ông Đinh Trọng Thịnh, chuyên gia kinh tế, cho biết ý kiến.

Ông Cấn Văn Lực, một chuyên gia kinh tế nhận định răng: “Người dân vẫn coi vàng là một nơi để họ trú ẩn đầu tư trong thời điểm nhạy cảm và nhiều rủi ro như thế này. Và khi chiến sự bình ổn hơn, điều chúng ta nhìn thấy rõ là giá vàng cũng sẽ giảm mạnh theo tình hình”.

Thị trường thay đổi chính là nguyên do lớn nhất tác động đến giá vàng. Điều đó sẽ là nguyên do khiến cho nhà đầu tư có nên đầu tư không, việc vay tiền mua vàng cũng là một điều mà chúng ta nên cần thận trọng để đưa ra quyết định.
