Theo thông báo của Trung tâm Lưu ký Chứng khoán (VSD), kể từ ngày 22/02/2023, VSD sẽ chuyển dữ liệu đăng ký, lưu ký chứng khoán FLC từ thị trường niêm yết HOSE sang thị trường UPCoM.
Lý do chuyển sàn được VSD đưa ra là FLC bị hủy niêm yết theo quyết định của HOSE nhưng vẫn đáp ứng điều kiện là công ty đại chúng phải đăng ký giao dịch trên hệ thống giao dịch UPCoM.
Ngày 13/02, HOSE đã ra quyết định hủy niêm yết gần 710 triệu cp FLC do Công ty vi phạm nghiêm trọng nghĩa vụ công bố thông tin và các trường hợp khác mà Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán hoặc Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước xét thấy cần thiết phải hủy niêm yết nhằm bảo vệ quyền lợi của nhà đầu tư.
Cổ phiếu FLC sẽ chính thức bị hủy niêm yết từ ngày 20/02/2023.
Trước đó, cổ phiếu này đã bị đình chỉ giao dịch từ ngày 09/09/2022. Nguyên nhân do FLC tiếp tục vi phạm quy định về công bố thông tin sau khi cổ phiếu bị đưa vào diện hạn chế giao dịch vì chậm nộp báo cáo tài chính kiểm toán năm 2021.

* FLC xin cơ quan quản lý xem xét việc huỷ niêm yết cổ phiếu
Liên quan tới vấn đề này, FLC cho biết kể từ thời điểm xảy ra vụ việc ông Trịnh Văn Quyết (nguyên Chủ tịch HĐQT Tập đoàn FLC) và bà Hương Trần Kiều Dung (nguyên Phó Chủ tịch thường trực HĐQT Tập đoàn FLC) bị tạm giam để phục vụ công tác điều tra vào cuối tháng 3 và đầu tháng 4/2022, Tập đoàn FLC và các đơn vị thành viên phải đối mặt nhiều nguy cơ, khó khăn trong quá trình hoạt động do bị ảnh hưởng trực tiếp bởi các thông tin, tin đồn không chính thống, cũng như các vấn đề phát sinh có liên quan đến vụ việc.
Đặc biệt, sự việc phát sinh đã trực tiếp dẫn tới việc Tập đoàn FLC không thể tìm kiếm được Công ty kiểm toán chấp thuận kiểm toán cho các báo cáo tài chính (BCTC) năm 2021 của Tập đoàn trong một thời gian dài.
Phải đến tháng 9/2022, FLC mới tìm được công ty kiểm toán chấp thuận kiểm toán cho BCTC năm 2021 là Công ty TNHH Kiểm toán và Tư vấn UHY. Tuy nhiên, vì nhiều lý do khách quan, đến nay, đơn vị kiểm toán vẫn chưa thể phát hành báo cáo kiểm toán đối với BCTC năm 2021 của Công ty.
